A heartier graze with salami, prosciutto, freshly sliced roasted turkey, choice of chicken salad served on mini croissants or roast beef crostini with a creamy horseradish sauce and smoked gouda cheese, white cheddar, Swiss, dill Havarti, brie, goat cheese coated with chopped dried apricots, slivered almonds and thyme on a bed of apricot jam served with baguette, specialty cheese like Bella Vitano, cracker assortment/ sliced breads, hummus topped with olives, marinated chickpeas and feta served with toasted pita chips, spinach dip, crudites platter(s) with dip, whipped pimento cream cheese dip with shredded gouda, dried fruits, pickles/other marinated vegetable, olives, almonds, pistachios, fresh fruit platter(s) with chocolate dip, specialty cookies, and chocolates all artfully arranged. Serving Options: Flat
Beautifully styled directly on specialty paper. Please allow 1-2 hours depending on size of table for set up and assembly. Once I'm done setting up, the table in your hands. There is no need for me to come back at the end of the event.
Clean up is a breeze, simply roll up the paper and dispose of it all.
Includes: Disposable bamboo serving utensils.
Tiered
Elegantly styled with specialty platters of crystal and milk glass, boards, gold tiered serving displays add impact, height and depth. Please allow 2 hours for this set up.
I return to the venue at an agreed upon time for retrieval of all items on loan/rental. Boards and bowls must be free of food particles and wiped clean. I handle the hand washing and sanitizing. Includes elevated serving utensils.
