Using imagination and skill, I curate customizable grazing tables and boards featuring, but not limited to, charcuterie. Each board is unique and no two the same, but feature high-quality deli meats, a mixture of specialty cheeses, nuts, fresh vegetables, fresh and dried fruits, dips and jam such as hummus, spinach artichoke dip and fig jam, pickled vegetables and assorted crackers and bread for The Great Graze and a smaller variety for The Graze. Let your imagination go wild! Princess party? Baby shower? Just sweet treats? It's all customizable to your wants and needs! Let The Grazing Table Dayton make your day an event to remember!
THE GRAZE
Starting at $250 (20 people) for charcuterie with a variety of meats, sliced and cubed cheeses, brie, blueberry goat cheese, cracker assortment, vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumber, mini peppers and tomatoes) with green goddess dip, hummus with pita bread, dried apricots, honey roasted almonds and a scattering of strawberries, grapes, mixed berries and chocolates artfully arranged. Party size over 20 is $7 per person. Set-up fee is $50. Menu subject to change due to availability of ingredients.
Starting at $375 (20) for 3 charcuterie meats, turkey and ham, a variety of sliced cheese and cubed cheeses, brie, goat cheese with fig jam, & specialty cheeses, cracker assortment, hummus topped with olives and feta served with pita chips, spinach dip and bread, vegetables including carrots, celery, cucumber, mini peppers, and grape tomatoes served with green goddess dip, whipped pimento cream cheese dip, dried fruits, pickles/other marinated vegetable, olives, almonds, pistachios, blueberry goat cheese with strawberries, chocolate covered strawberries, grapes, blueberries, blackberries, specialty cookies, and chocolate covered almonds all artfully arranged. Party size over 20 is $10 per person. Set-up fee is $50. Menu subject to change due to availability of ingredients.

Serving Options: Flat
Beautifully styled directly on specialty paper. Please allow 1-2 hours depending on size of table for set up and assembly. Once I'm done setting up, the table in your hands. There is no need for me to come back at the end of the event.
Clean up is a breeze, simply roll up the paper and dispose of it all.
Includes: Disposable bamboo serving utensils.
Tiered
Elegantly styled with specialty platters of crystal and milk glass, boards, gold tiered serving displays add impact, height and depth. Please allow 1-2 hours for this set up.
I return to the venue at an agreed upon time for retrieval of all items on loan/rental. Boards and bowls must be free of food particles and wiped clean. I handle the hand washing and sanitizing. Includes elevated serving utensils. A $75 Refundable Deposit Is Required.
